The Real Advisors of Salt Lake City: Fiat Goes to Utah

The #FiatFam: Fiat team members and spouses/partners pose for a picture among the mountains on the first night in SLC.

At Fiat, we get that "Teamwork makes the dream work!" That's why we recently jetted off to beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah, for an unforgettable team-building adventure. Thanks to our Founder and CEO, Brad Gotto, everyone was able to bring their spouse/partner along for the ride. Not only did we bond as a team, but we also had a blast getting to know each other's loved ones on a deeper level.

The core purpose of this trip was to connect with our partners at TownSquare Capital, headquartered in Provo, Utah. We work hand-in-hand with TownSquare on a spectrum of financial services, including portfolio construction and management, efficiency and structure audits, tax optimization, and full-service trading operations. During our time with the TownSquare, we were energized by attending face-to-face meetings with their team. These sessions deepened our knowledge on complex financial topics and gave us a clear understanding of each other's strengths and synergies. It was not just a business meeting, but a collaborative session where ideas flowed freely and strategies evolved organically.

At Townsquare Capital in Provo, UT, collaboration is in full swing.

To enrich our team dynamics, we also attended team-building exercises led by Matt Stahl, Chief Mentoring Officer. These activities were designed to enhance communication and trust and reinforce our commitment to working cohesively towards shared objectives. Matt Stahl's guidance added a layer of mentorship that resonated with our team, fostering a sense of unity and purpose.

In our free time, the team could experience the breathtaking landscapes and vibrant culture of Salt Lake City. The daring and athletic members of the group took off skiing through the freshly powdered trails. And all of us shared delicious meals and meaningful conversations among this majestic backdrop, aligning our goals and strategies for the future. The picturesque setting served as a perfect setting for brainstorming and bonding.

Reflecting on our time in Salt Lake City, one theme stands out – the power of collaboration. The trip served as a catalyst for innovation and strengthened our collective resolve to deliver unparalleled financial services to our clients.

In the end, our team-building trip to Salt Lake City was more than just a getaway. It was a resounding success, leaving everyone feeling revitalized and energized. It was a time to connect with each other's partners and to build stronger relationships with our partners at TownSquare Capital. The bonds forged during our visit will undoubtedly translate into more efficient, streamlined, and client-focused solutions. It was a truly unforgettable experience that will be cherished by all who attended.
